Secure Workspace provides you a digital workspace to create and share documents securely by logging into Galaxkey Online Portal. Galaxkey Secure Workspace also provides a secure way to collaborate with your co-workers in a live environment inside or outside your organization. You can create and share documents, spreadsheets and presentations using ONLYOFFICE software. You can also upload files in various formats to Galaxkey Secure Workspace. It also provides features like version control, access control and audit trails, that are explained in the sections below.
Galaxkey Online Portal is the web-based Galaxkey user interface. It is designed in a way such that it provides all the key functions of all the Galaxkey products, including Secure Workspace. Galaxkey Online Portal can be accessed via any of the popular browsers, viz., Microsoft Edge, Chrome, FireFox (on Windows® computers and phones), Safari on Mac and iOS and Chrome on Android devices. It does not require any special installations.
