The Rights Management program allows the organisation to define a set of rules for the rights management of digital documents. It allows the configuration of a program (or project, depending on the terminology used in your organisation) or edit an existing program. A program defines accessibility criteria for the employees added to that program. It defines if users in that program can edit, copy, share, print or download a file. These rights also depend on the classification settings included in the program. It also allows the organisation to configure a watermark that will appear on the screen or file that includes the username, hostname, timestamp, and other details. If an employee takes a screenshot, the watermark will contain all the details as configured through the Rights Management menu.
